Executive Search
Group. Prior to Pile and Company, Matt ran a division of a national
recruiting firm, working with
domestic and international startups. Matt is a current Board Member
and past Chair of Susan G.
Komen. He also participates in the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce,
Future Leaders of
Boston and Workforce Development Committee. Matt also serves as
the Chair for the local chapter
of the Marketing Executives Network Group (MENG) and on the Council
of Champions for Citizen
Schools. He earned his BA from Saint Michael’s College and
has been trained through DDI Global
as a Behavior Interviewer and Behavioral Interview Trainer.
