Class Description:
Bad bosses are costing your company money, time, talent and
opportunity. They come in all shapes and sizes, in both genders,
from every professional and academic background, and exist within
every job title and rank. Bad bosses can be found in all kinds
of organizations – for profit or not, government agency,
academic institution or even an all volunteer organization.
Anne and Bryant will share their survival tips on how best to
deal with a “bad boss”...and how not to become one
yourself. Most importantly, they will talk about the connection
between leadership and profitability, and how you can create
an immediate, sustainable, favorable shift in your relationship
with your boss.
In this session you will learn:
- How to deal with the problems and the politics of having
a bad boss.
- To better recognize when to stay...and when to go.
- How to use a bad boss to your advantage…is there a

to deliver improved results.
