Class Description: Are you prepared to negotiate typical employment contract terms regarding termination, severance, bonuses, non-disclosure/confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation, assignment of inventions, indemnification, and choice of law and venue provision? Are you aware of the importance/impact of these issues from your new employers' perspective, thereby putting you in a better negotiating position?

  • Substantive differences in state laws that affect Employment Agreements.
