Special Series on Leadership...
Some might say that great leadership is the one differentiator
between highly effective executives and… all the others.
How do you measure up?
Dr. Keith Merron, an expert in the field of leadership and
organizational change, has spent the last two years interviewing
remarkable leaders throughout North America. These are leaders
in publicly held and privately held companies, including some
nonprofit entities, across a wide range of industries. This
research is the basis for Dr. Merron’s third book (not
yet published). We are very pleased to announce that he has
agreed to preview his work through a special teleseminar series
offered exclusively on Experts Connection for NETSHARE members
and guests.
Unlocking the Heart and Soul of Remarkable Leadership: A Rock
Solid Sense of Self

Speaker: Dr. Keith Merron, author, educator and Managing
Partner of Avista Consulting Group, an organizational and leadership
development firm.

With few exceptions, remarkable leaders stood out from so many
other leaders in that they seemed comfortable in their own body.
What made them stand out was an inner sense of confidence…an
inner knowing that revealed they lived well in their own skin.
They chose not to pontificate, but to relate. And they were
able to talk about their own failings. Their successes and failures
were one and the same, simply parts of a journey of learning.
That rock solid sense of self comes from a feeling of inner
peace and calm. This inner ease is labeled many things: self-confidence,
self esteem or “centered”.
This final presentation will help you examine that “rock
solid sense of self”. You will be challenged to ask and
answer: to what extent do I really know myself and to what
extent do I feel completely at peace with who I am. You
will be offered a path for becoming more rock solid and recognize
its value to leadership effectiveness.
Key Takeaways:
• A clear sense of where self esteem resides.
• An examination of the degree of your sense of self.
• Learn how to demonstrate your inner and outer authority,
naturally and easily.
• Identify the enemy of self esteem; learn what to do
about it.
