at IQTalent Partners, a retained
executive search company. Prior to founding IQTalent Partners,
Chris was a Sourcer
with Yahoo!’s internal Executive Recruiting team. Before
joining Yahoo, Chris
worked for Heidrick & Struggles in Silicon Valley primarily
with software,
hardware, professional services and semiconductor clients. He
began his retained
executive recruiter career with TMP Worldwide, working on a
variety of senior level
positions to include CEO’s, VP’s and Buyer level
searches. Chris is a contributor
to Recruiting Trends.com (an ONREC publication) and is a frequent
speaker and
panelist at conferences and universities. Chris earned his BA
in History from
Vanderbilt University.
