for the rest of my life.” If the answer is “yes”,
then it’s time to employ the resume writing and networking

If, however, the answer is “no”, it’s time
to re-evaluate several factors to ensure that your next job
move is the “best” one for you.
In this one hour session with Wendy, you’ll learn how
to take the practical steps needed to determine the best move
for you. Specifically, this teleseminar will cover the following
key steps:
- The Starting Point – Get in touch with what you like about
your current situation. What skills do you have that you most enjoy employing? This
will help you sort through questions such as …are you looking for the same
job in a new industry or a completely new job in a new industry.
- Once you identify what you like to do, next evaluate where those
skills might be most useful. This could point you in a new role or even in a
new career.
- Finally, determine the kind of environment in which you are
most successful. Do you most enjoy working in a large corporation with a set
work schedule or in an entrepreneurial environment with little direction and an
unstructured work schedule.
Once these factors are assessed, it becomes much easier to determine
next steps to find the job you really want…not just repeating
the same old pattern because it is easier or less scary.
Wendy Beecham has personally experienced this transition. After
serving as Managing Director of a $150 million UK legal publishing
company in London for four years, Wendy transitioned to a similar
role at another electronic publishing company in the U.S. In
less than a year she realized she had done a mini-transition
rather than taking a major leap to leave corporate America and
start her own business. Now, she has successfully launched Flawless
