About the panel:
Jim Fowler, Founder and CEO of Jigsaw, is a veteran sales executive.
Prior to Jigsaw, he was VP Sales at Digital Impact, Paramark and
TightLink and held sales positions at Personify and NetGravity.
Prior to his software sales career, Jim was owner/operator of
a ski resort in Idaho and served in the U.S. Navy as a Diving
and Salvage Officer.
Ron Bates is Managing Principal with Executive Advantage Group,
a retained search company. He is also U.S. Country Manager for
Ecademy, an international business/social network. Prior retained
search positions include Partner at Heidrick & Struggles
and Managing Director at Stratford Group. Prior to retained
search, Ron held senior sales, consulting and product development
positions with hardware and software technology companies.
Cindy Kraft is the CFO-Coach for the corporate
finance and banking industries. She has spent the last 10+ years
positioning executives to outperform the competition and win
the jobs they want. She is a Certified Career & Personal
Brand Strategist, Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC),
Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC), and a Credentialed
Career Master (CCM).
